In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain accurate schedules for clinical staff and clients
• Manage and update scheduling software and systems; Central Reach
• Communicate with staff and clients regarding scheduling changes or conflicts
• Assist in the onboarding process for new staff members
