We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office/Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and facilities. As the Office/Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our office space and ensuring that the facility is well-maintained. You will be the main point of contact for office-related issues and will handle tasks such as vendor management, office supplies procurement, and office equipment maintenance.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing office budgets, coordinating renovations, and ensuring that all building and safety regulations are adhered to. You will also play a key role in creating and maintaining a positive and productive office environment, including planning and organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
