JOB SUMMARY

The Office Manager is responsible for performing all of the duties relative to a Powersports dealership. This position reports to the Accounting Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing dailies includes getting deposits ready for Garda.
• Prepares and process title work in a timely manner
• Upload used unit buys to the shared folder
• Filling out credit applications and preparing copies for funding.  
• Remits all funding for all deals and follows to ensure funding is received promptly.
