We are seeking a qualified OASIS Coding Coordinator to review OASIS/HIS documentation for accuracy and completing appropriate medical coding. Responsibilities & Duties:

• Review/analyze OASIS/HIS documents for accuracy and ensure completion by month-end

• Assist the Staff Educator with teaching and coaching nurses and therapists
• Data Entry of diagnoses and other form-related data
• Analyze OASIS documents using various tools to help prevent Medicare Audits
• Knowledge of home health regulations, OASIS/HIS documentation requirements, and Medicare PPS Reimbursement system
