POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director of Data and Evaluation will lead and provide oversight for HousingPlus’s data-driven management and evaluation programs. This position oversees efforts to coordinate the collection of accurate data measures, strategically communicates input and outputs through reports and narratives, analyzes data to improve the quality of service provided to participants, reports on the organization’s programmatic impact and organizational effectiveness, and builds an organizational culture that uses data to improve programs and practices. The Director of Data and Evaluation will work with the VP’s of the housing programs to assess needs related to quality assurance and compliance and make recommendations on the expansion of the data and quality assurance team.
