Multi Skilled Operator

 
Aethon Energy Operating LLC’s (“Aethon”) Multi-Skilled Operator (“MSO”) is responsible for ensuring wells on assigned leases are functioning optimally.  This includes monitoring of well site locations and produced water disposals, as well as performing basic/routine maintenance on various equipment around the well site utilizing company-supplied hand tools/equipment. 

• Monitor chemical levels, injection rates, and maximize efficiency of chemical pumped
• Monitor and maintain production on assigned routes
• Work with gas control and respond to alarms and requests in a timely manner
• Understand gas flows and pressures on gathering systems and be able to understand the cause of any anomalies found
• Effectively communicate with cross functional groups such as plant, pipeline, and maintenance personnel
• Monitor pumping equipment, pipelines, compressors, SWD’S, and tanks to ensure they are operating effectively...
