Mid Level Regulatory Insurance Associate

Direct Counsel has partnered with a premier, nationally recognized law firm in their search for a midlevel regulatory insurance associate to join their DC office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory and corporate law, with specific experience in forming companies, contracting for reinsurance agreements, drafting and negotiating program agreements, broker agreements, forming captive insurance companies, and advising on regulatory compliance matters.

Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on regulatory and corporate insurance matters, including the formation of companies and compliance with applicable regulations.
