RADIAS Health is hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist to work at our ReEntry House Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) program. The IRTS program provides recovery-oriented, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitative services for 16 adults struggling with acute symptoms of mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders.

This Mental Health Therapist functions as an integral part of a treatment team and is responsible for providing individual and group therapy and participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning by developing treatment plans, assessments and crisis intervention strategies. The Mental Health Therapist also coordinates with case managers, family members and other community providers to help ensure a continuum of care.
