The Mental Health Practitioner provides professional, quality program services to the clients served at RADIAS Health IRTS or Crisis facilities and works with other members of the team to assist clients in obtaining and maintaining an optimum quality of life consistent with client needs and preferences. The work uses evidence-based practices adapted for the agency and the client's specific needs.
