RADIAS Health is hiring a Mental Health Practitioner-Float to provide mental health services at our three Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) and one Crisis program. These programs provide treatment services to promote recovery and community integration of 12 - 16 adults with serious and persistent mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders.

The Mental Health Practitioner-Float provides professional, quality program services to the clients served at RADIAS Health IRTS and Crisis facilities and works with other members of the team to assist clients in obtaining and maintaining an optimum quality of life consistent with client needs and preferences.
