Medical Supply Coordinator

This is an integral position within the company as it serves our patients on PAP therapy by ensuring they have the supplies needed for an optimal experience with therapy.

For this position, you must be able to work a weekly eight hour shift, Monday through Friday. Some weekend work required for inventory audits. This role requires you to live in Georgia and commute to Suwanee, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all equipment and supply request are processed to patient specifications
• Fulfill supply requests within 24 to 48 hours of receipt
• Ensure accurate fulfillment and follow up
• Confirm patient insurance eligibility and pre-certification for supplies and equipment
• Ability to professionally interact quickly with patients and customers in-person without an appointment
• Contact patients to confirm supplies needed, shipping address and collect any co-insurance or deductibles
