The primary responsibility of this role is communication. We strive to ensure that every member connects with a live person when they need us. We don’t make our customers navigate a phone queue or wait on hold. Under the direction of the department manager, the Medical Assistant will be assisting the team in referral management for High-Risk patients and helping to assist with patient needs.
