Mechanical Engineer (Project Transition)

The Contractor shall provide mechanical engineering assistance for technical reviews, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) using TileFlow software, commissioning coordination/oversight/duties, assist the Government project managers in transitioning and closing out of all projects from the project team to the maintenance team, maintain and report equipment warranty dates, maintain and report on warranty actions, serve as lead for system failures to determine the failures root cause, and provide maintenance recommendations supporting those projects. In addition, provide technical reviews and recommendations to the Government representative regarding improvements to energy efficiency to reduce the Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) and Water Usage Effectiveness (WUE) of the data centers in regards to the maintenance and operations of existing systems, drafting SOW/PWS, cost estimates and acquisition package requirements for recommendations approved by the Government and review whole scale...
