Mechanical Drafter

Do you wonder what makes buildings tick? LaBella Associates, is seeking a CAD Technician/Drafter with a career interest in Building Projects to work in our Buffalo, NY office. This position will work with other engineers as part of a Project Team to develop concepts, strategies, designs, drawings, specifications, and reports for buildings from conception to construction. Individual will work closely with other engineers and team members to produce mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) engineering documents that detail designs for the built environment.

We are looking for a Mechanical/Electrical Designer/CAD Operator to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX. This

is a full-time in-office position reporting to the Director of Engineering.

Responsibilities:

 Drafting/using Autodesk Inventor 2022 to design Food Service/Kitchen Equipment type products.

 Estimating/quoting a variety of Food Service/Kitchen type products.

 Work with Sales and Customers in the Food Service Industry on designs, specifications, and prototypes

to suit their application needs.

Requirements

Requirements:

 Relevant degree preferred. Extensive on-the-job experience in a similar environment may substitute

for formal education.

 Experience with equipment used to cut, bend, join and finish ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

 Knowledge of the Food Service Industry Equipment required.

 Two years of quoting/estimating and drafting preferred.
