As a Fleet & Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will be a key member in optimizing and maintaining company equipment. You will be responsible for fixing and maintaining company vehicles/equipment and ensuring detailed records are kept. Ultimately, the Fleet & Heavy Equipment Mechanic should be able to ensure that the Company’s vehicles/equipment are maintained at all times in an efficient, safe, and economical manner.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Diagnostic Assessment: Perform diagnostic tests and inspections on fleet vehicles and heavy equipment to identify any mechanical issues, using a variety of tools and diagnostic software.
• Equipment Upgrades: Implement upgrades and modifications to improve vehicle/equipment performance and safety as directed.
• Emergency Repairs: Provide rapid response to breakdowns and perform emergency repairs in the field to minimize downtime and ensure continued operation of the fleet.
