MBSE Team Lead

Auria is looking to hire a MBSE Team Lead to support the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program. The primary work location is in Huntsville, AL.

This leadership role is one of five team leadership roles within the Systems Engineering team part of the Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Resource Management Area (RMA).

Essential Functions:

• The first line of leadership for all MBSE team members and reports to the SE Engineering Manager
• Responsible for maintaining accurate metrics of team progress
• Supports all team staffing responsibilities, including interviewing new candidates, dealing with team performance issues, and supporting team member growth and development
