Position Overview:
The Marketing Administrator / Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our overall marketing plan through the production of deliverables (statements of qualification, request for proposals, and interviews) from RFQ/RFP receipt to interview completion. Additionally, they will work with the Director of Marketing and Partners to help develop and implement a Data Asset Management system to better streamline the proposal process and drive a higher win rate....

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Prepares proposals, presentation and qualification packages in collaboration with business development and technical staff.

·        Responsible for the organization of marketing resources, including the proposal files, marketing databases and other electronic and physical resources that may be available.

·         Manage marketing and communications and development shared drive.

·         Coordinate and organize project photography based on approved parameters for schedule and budget.

·         Create and update collateral materials including brochures, cut sheets, PPT presentations using existing design templates and brand standards.
