Manager, Production Business Affairs

Hello Sunshine is seeking an experienced and versatile Manager, Production Business Affairs to handle a high volume of development and production matters for television (scripted and unscripted) and feature projects, as well as digital/social media content, brand partnerships and experiential events.  Position provides general support and advice to business executives, in-house development and production teams and other departments on various matters. Responsibilities include supporting the business & legal department by tracking options and agreements, as well as drafting and negotiating, with moderate supervision, various development, and production agreements from term sheet to long form This individual will handle a diverse range of legal matters related to the development, production, co-production, licensing, and exploitation of programming and initiatives across the Hello Sunshine slate.
