Manager, Individual Donor Relations

The Manager, Individual Donor Relations is an important role that supports our growing major gifts program through building and maintaining great relationships with individual donors and family foundations. Individual giving makes up over half of WCK’s annual revenue, and the Manager, Individual Donor Relations will oversee their own portfolio - cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors, which includes individuals and family foundations giving $5,000+, annually. 

This role is intended to be a full-time hybrid exempt position, based in Washington DC, with 2-3 days on-site per week when not traveling.  This role requires occasional domestic travel.
