Manager, Household Operations (part-time)

Established, busy Pacific Palisades family is seeking a Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of our home. This is a part-time position with an estimated commitment of 12-18 hours per week, though this may vary. While much of the work may be accomplished remotely, in-person meetings with the Head of Family will take place weekly.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing existing household staff and members, including culinary and maintenance staff, landscapers, housekeepers, and pets.
• Creating, maintaining, and assuring adherence to staff and family schedules.
• Arranging appointments for residents’ personal and professional needs.
• Handling any miscellaneous household tasks as assigned, such as shopping, light bookkeeping, general errands, etc.
• Planning and organizing travel.
