Manager - Finance and Business Operations

As Manager - Finance and Business Operations, you will be the driving force ensuring that Anthro achieves our goals as efficiently and quickly as possible. You will work alongside the CEO to set budgets, goals, and long-term plans for Anthro’s future. You will oversee Anthro’s operations, HR, finance, and administrative functions. You will get to experience setting long-term plans for the company and implementing the structure to make them happen.

What you will do:

• Own financial planning and analysis and budgeting
• Own development of Anthro financial models for grants, fundraising, and strategic decision making
• Own company KPI tracking, goal setting, and internal communication protocols
• Manage Anthro’s operations team, including full-time and part-time members in HR, finance, recruiting, and company administration
