We are seeking a Maintenance Unit Supervisor for our Rolling Department. The Maintenance Unit Supervisor is accountable for providing leadership and direction to assigned members of the crew in order to meet business requirements for the efficient production of metal in an ABS (lean manufacturing) environment. Under the direction of the Maintenance Superintendent, the incumbent is responsible to ensure productivity, safety, quality, improved recovery, reliable and consistent delivery performance and rapid problem solving in planned and unplanned cost-effective, customer-centric environment.
