Machine Learning Engineer, NLP

Attadale is a Chicago-based consultancy with patents in advanced speech analytics, and we are expanding our ML team, especially within financial services and healthcare. We seek candidates with demonstrated success training and developing LLMs in a production setting – delivering meaningful results leveraging modern capabilities, preferably Microsoft platforms.  You will have demonstrated experience with the following responsibilities

• Analyze and model unstructured data using advanced statistical methods and implement algorithms and software needed to perform analyses
• Demonstrate your mastery of ML and NLP to automate complex decision models and build data pipelines, including leveraging unstructured data and interpreting model results for end users
• Ability to perform the following core domain skills:
