In this role, a typical day will include:

• Managing inventories of IT equipment by supported organization
• Receiving new IT equipment from vendors, checking hardware and software configurations
• Documenting IT assets and entry of the data into CBP databases
• Allocating assets to OIT organizations and supported field organizations
• Issuing IT assets to personnel and completing the issuing paperwork
• Receiving IT equipment from personnel and organizations for storage, maintenance or disposal
• Management of IT asset inventories via software applications and paper receipts
