Loan Operations Specialist

Our partner is looking for a Loan Operations Specialist in Bettendorf, IA. The Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate records of loans and leases within the bank's computer system(s).

Responsibilities

• Provide servicing for all types of loans including Commercial, Equipment Finance, Mortgage, and Consumer.
• Input and ensure new and renewed note information meets quality standards.
• Compute interest, principal payments, and payoffs on loans.
• Process loan payments, including participation remittances.
• Monitor various reports to ensure information accuracy.
• Reconcile various general ledger accounts.
• Maintain the bank’s lender-placed insurance.
• Process non-accrual/charge-off loans.
• Process incoming wires.
• Verify and correct E-Oscar disputes.
