Litter Cleanout Driver (CDL)

Prestage Farms is looking for a Commercial driver to safely and efficiently cleanout turkey brooder houses and deliver litter to said destination. This position will require the following:

• Shovel, blow, and haul litter while following BIO-SECURITY regulations.

• Load and unload trucks when at destination.
• Must ensure tarp cover is securely fastened.
• Ensure that the tractor and trailer is clean each day inside and out to include filling tank with fuel at the end of each.
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.
• Document and log work/rest periods
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
