Block scheduling: 16 hour shifts available in block-style schedules (also known as bailer-shifts) for Part-time and Full-time employees (standard over-time and double-time wage rules apply to time worked beyond 8 hours in a 24 hour period).

Attendance incentive: Up to $1,000/year bonus for consistent work attendance.
