RADIAS Health has a full-time position available as a Lead Admissions Mental Health Therapist working at our ReEntry House Crisis Stabilization Program located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Crisis Stabilization Program provides services to adults experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency. This includes serving persons with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. This program typically supports 16 people at any given time. These services are time-limited and generally range between 3 and 10 days. You will be working in a fast-paced setting within an innovative program! We are co-located with several other programs committed to helping people experiencing different types of behavioral health crises. We provide a safe environment for people to stabilize while experiencing a mental health crisis - a place that may be an alternative to a correctional or hospital setting.

POSITION TITLE:  Lead Adjunctive Therapist (CTRS/OTR/ATR)

REPORTS TO (TITLE):  Director of Clinical Services

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:

The primary role of the Lead Adjunctive Therapist is to plan and implement therapeutic activities to reduce symptoms of mental illness for adult, and adolescent patients based on Leisure Therapy Assessment. Activities may include arts and crafts, outdoor activities, music, art, dance, drama, sports and movement. Serves as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team providing services to adult, adolescent or child patients under Santa Rosa Behavioral Healthcare Hospital's care for emotional or substance abuse problems.

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day oversight of the Hope for Heroes - First Responders program.  Administers a comprehensive program that responds to the community's needs and supports the organization's overall mission, philosophy, and goals. The Lead Therapist assists in the planning, facilitating, and evaluating of activities with oversight of unit safety and programming.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implements policies and procedures for services, including a plan for ensuring ongoing quality improvement.
• Evaluates patient data, develops and implements a plan of care for the patient.
