Lead Systems Engineer (Windows)

Eagle Seven is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to lead a small team with technical design, planning, and implementation of our Microsoft ecosystem based solutions. This role will serve as a technical expert with direct influence over the design and implementation of our systems. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have a strong sense of ownership and be driven to provide creative and technical solutions to business problems.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and support physical and virtual servers, database servers, and high performance storage solutions
• Managing and leading systems and infrastructure projects
• Managing the day-to-day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the Microsoft Exchange environment
