As a Crew Lead, your responsibilities are to help lead your crew to assemble, install, and/or maintain/service solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs or other structures in accordance with design plans. May include but are not limited to; measuring, cutting, attaching, and assembling structural framing (racking systems), solar modules and other necessary components to complete a solar installation.

The Lead Solar Installer is an essential part of Green Power Energy's Field Operations team. As a Lead Installer, you will be working with the latest solar technology, building relationships with team members, and completing the installation of our products safely and on time. Green Power Energy's ideal candidate will already possess basic energy system construction, terminology, and concepts. This position is an hourly role that requires working outside in extreme environments, working at heights, and prolonged periods of repetitious duties including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is seeking a talented Team Leader/Commercial Electrician with proven supervisory and field experience for our very rapidly growing team. The full-time position will be responsible for leading the installation of SES commercial or utility solar energy systems and training/managing SES installers. Experience in the solar, electrical, and/or renewable energy industry is strongly preferred but not required. Experience in Commercial Construction Electrical is important, including site leadership positions is required. Electrical license is preferred.
