Law Firm Receptionist

Busy Baltimore City law firm seeks a professional receptionist to handle busy switchboard. The job responsibilities include answering phones, greeting clients, managing conference rooms, scanning mail, data input, and greeting visitors. Other responsibilities include providing administrative support to other staff and attorneys.

Some of the qualities we are seeking include: pleasant personality, professional appearance, punctuality, and ability to multitask. Prior experience in a professional office setting preferred.

Requirements

• College graduate preferred
• Minimal 3-year experience as a Receptionist in a professional office setting
• Must speak articulately
