Land Development Project Lead/Team Lead

The Land Development Project Lead / Team Lead serves as the chief of their respective projects and teams within the Land Development Department. The Project Lead may be responsible for overall management of 2 - 5 direct reports and pulls together the resources required to make each project successful.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Works directly with the Group Lead to identify and coordinate team priorities, deliverables, and submittals for various projects.
• Act as a mentor and oversee Project Engineer and Design Engineer's work product and coordinate work assignments. Provide meaningful direction, training, and guidance to younger staff to grow their knowledge and tool sets to build a strong team atmosphere and working relationships.
