Land and Real Estate Management Intern

You will assist with efforts related to Scout Clean Energy’s Land Administration matters such as Lease, Agreement & Payment Processing, Landowner Communications, and Landowner Negotiations. Tasks include Lease Processing, Recording, Quality Control, Data Entry, Mailings, Shipment of Scout collateral to external teammates, Continuous Improvement Initiatives, assisting with Landowner outreach efforts. Your work will culminate in a Summer project outlined below.  

Summer Project: 

• Compile, categorize and organize prior and incoming inquiries related pertaining to Land Acquisition, systems, payments, and related processes to develop an easily-navigable living document or database that can be used for ongoing reference by internal and external stakeholders in Scout’s Land Acquisition efforts.
