Lab Leader

1. Be responsible for operation management and technical coordination of all work.

2. To train team talents and cultivate talents.

3. To organize the team to provide localized R & D services (including but not limited to Design & Simulation & Evaluation & Demo) for North American customers in efficient coordination with the headquarters and be responsible for customer satisfaction.

4. To collect, investigate and analyze North American market & technology information, and provide timely and effective decision-making suggestions to the headquarter.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Optics, Computer, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering and other related majors, fluent in oral English and Chinese.
