Springboard Collaborative invites talented and passionate candidates to apply for the position of K-5 Program Developer. The K-5 Program Developer will be responsible for developing curricula, services, and solutions prioritized by the Product & Services Roadmap and defined by the Director, Curriculum and the Senior Directors, Product & Program Success, ensuring the seamless execution of those solutions in our programs to achieve our organization's objectives. A successful candidate will be an experienced educator and educational leader with high accountability, a strong focus on our customers and results, expert project management skills, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
