The work location for this role is TX04X, and the candidate may need to adhere to varying work hours, including weekdays, Saturdays, and holidays, to meet the needs of the team and the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Accept Inbound Calls: Receive and handle inbound calls from employees reporting technical issues.
