Job Details:

• The Service Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading the ACTR Team, which includes staff oversight and management, schedule management, ticket tracking, assignment of tasks, and task follow-up.
• Provides support to projects tied to NMCI including annual WIN 10 updates, Flank Speed (Microsoft 365) migration, upcoming mobile device refresh, SIPR Kiosk Refresh, and facility SIPR capability...
