IP Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining correspondence and pleadings
• Assisting with document productions, coordinating attorney review for relevant and privilege documents and coordinating efforts with appropriate vendors
• Maintaining deposition files and deposition databases,
• Assisting in the preparation of witnesses for depositions, and assisting in all aspects of the preparation for trial and attending trial.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Familiarity with electronic filings and electronic discovery and the flexibility to travel and work overtime.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are required.
• This position necessitates the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
