Internal Bookeeper

Mangone Law Firm, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Bookkeeper to join our dynamic and growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the firm’s financial records, including monthly reconciliation, client invoicing, tracking payments, and working closely with the firm’s CFO to develop financial strategies. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy of the firm’s financial reporting, vendor payments, and assisting in tax preparation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in QuickBooks, and a passion for maintaining financial integrity while supporting the firm’s growth and success.
