SUMMARY OF POSITION

Manage all financial activities for acquired companies to provide financial information needed for accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting, tax, treasury, and audit functions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the current financial system and process of the acquired company and quickly create and implement processes that enable accurate and timely financial reporting while minimizing the impact to acquired employees and owners.

• Implement accrual-based accounting processes as part of a month end closing process including the creation of accruals supported with the relevant and accurate estimates and in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principal of the United States of America...
