What You’ll Do
- Answering inbound calls, figuring out the needs of the client and selling the proper plans (ACA and Ancillary)
- Completing online applications on behalf of the client
- Inputting all relevant information and client conversations into our CRM
- Participating in morning huddles and team meetings as needed
