Injection Mold Operator

The Injection Molding Operator is responsible and accountable for ensuring the proper procedures are followed in the injection molding production area. This position provides expertise in running the process as defined, following production schedules to deliver products to our customers and meeting our goals of safety, right first time, on time delivery at or under budget. This position will require cross-training and knowledge of the entire process to produce conforming final product.

As a Plastic Molding Injecting Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining plastic injection molding machines. This includes setting up molds, monitoring machine performance, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring that production meets quality standards.
