Within two years, we have grown to more than 7,500 paid users, without any marketing. 17 of the top 20 largest law firms in Japan are using our software. Most of users are coming from word of mouth, without marketing. We have several long-term, large-scale contracts with famed enterprises and law firms. As a result, we have been highly profitable from Day 1 and have experienced exponential growth without outside funding at all.

As In-House Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in partnering with AKTG’s business functions to support the company’s growth while appropriately managing its risk. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented attorney with a desire to handle a wide range of matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance including with data protection legislation, managing corporate processes, managing an intellectual property portfolio, responding to pre-litigation demands and disputes, managing corporate governance and handling business acquisitions or disposals.
