Mark III Construction is currently seeking a Journeyman HVAC Technician for the Fresno area. This Journeyman HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems to industry standards while providing the customer with a high quality experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Install, troubleshoot and repair HVAC units and heat pumps
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning HVAC systems to determine the cause of the malfunction
- Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and adjust, clean and calibrate various systems to assure proper system operation
- Repair wiring and electronic components associated with automated building management systems
- Replace expansion valves, compressors, motors, coil units and other component parts
- Check distribution systems for proper velocity, volume, temperature, pressure, etc.
