HVAC Program Consultant

Resource Innovations is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Program Consultant with deep knowledge and experience in the HVAC industry to support the implementation of utility rebate programs. The position is hybrid with an office located in Chandler, Arizona and the opportunity to work from home. Travel expected to be around 40% of the time in the local Phoenix area.

The HVAC Program Consultant acts as a key contact working with program trade allies, including distributors, manufacturers, contractors and other stakeholders in maximizing their participation in utility energy efficiency rebate programs. In this role, you will work closely with the program team that administers a portfolio of energy efficiency programs for a large Arizona utility.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating in commercial buildings along with HVAC and/or building controls. Desirable...
