Human Resource Specialist- Part time

Part time @ 24 hrs/wk and 8 hrs per day for 3 days/wk. This is an entry level role

The HR Specialist assists the HR Generalist and Chief People Officer with many administrative tasks including completing all pre-employment background checks clearing new hires for orientation. Assist in receiving and screening calls, answering general human resources related questions. Coordinate the tracking documentation for pre-employment TB, licenses, other record keeping as necessary.

Requirements

1-2 years of HR experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in Behavioral Healthcare setting preferred. Basic knowledge of personnel management, employment and recruitment techniques, and laws relating thereto required. Familiarly with UKG payroll or other payroll programs required.
