HSE Safety Field Leader

The Safety Field Leader oversees and supports multiple rig locations within the region where Stage 3 Separation works. The primary responsibilities include conducting rig inspections, coordinating HSE support for Area Managers and Field Leader groups within the region to provide rig support. Additionally, the Safety Field Leader works with field personnel to conduct mentoring activities, identifying areas for HSE improvement and assisting with inspections of equipment while onsite. They will also assist with various training programs. The Safety Field Leader is responsible for coaching, teaching, and training employees on general HSE practices within their assigned area.
