Housing Stability Coordinator

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Program Director, Financial Opportunities, this position is responsible for the administration and implementation of the Housing Stability Program. The Housing Stability Program works to reduce the disproportionate rates of homelessness experienced by underserved households in Ramsey County by providing coaching, case management, crisis mitigation funds, and resource navigation to families who are at risk of homelessness.

• Provide coaching, case management, crisis mitigation funds, and resource navigation to families who are at risk of homelessness with the goal of stabilizing housing.
