RADIAS Health has a full-time Program Director role on our Housing Navigation team. The Housing Navigation Team provides outreach, housing transitional services, and tenancy sustaining services to qualifying individuals in Ramsey and Anoka Counties.  Work involves the identification, development, implementation and evaluation of program policies and procedures as directed by state, federal and administrative codes, as well as professional practice standards.
