AGM Mission: To develop and maintain the overall success of HOTWORX® through effective management strategies, marketing tactics, consultative sales skills, and superior customer service to meet and exceed the performance goals of your franchise location. To maintain the integrity and good reputation of the HOTWORX® brand through various local and national marketing tactics and to professionally represent the brand at all times.

AGM In Studio Work Hours: Monday – Thursday: 11am - 2pm, 1 hour lunch break 2-3pm , 3pm - 8pm Friday: 9am - 1pm, 1pm - 2pm lunch break, 2pm - 6pm

*(1 hour lunch break while Employee is scheduled to cover)
